“Healthy families birth healthy societies.”

This belief sits at the core of everything I do.

I am a writer, author, psychologist, mental health advocate, and therapist passionate about helping individuals, families, and communities heal from within.

I believe that when minds are healthy, emotions are stable, and values are nurtured, societies naturally thrive.

My work is rooted in the conviction that emotional well-being, moral grounding, and intentional living are not luxuries, they are necessities.

My journey began with advocacy for children and adolescents. As an educator, I have spent years working closely with children and teenagers, recognising that early emotional awareness and guidance shape the adults they become.

During my time teaching at Tansol Treasures College in Lagos, I founded a club called the Teenstalk, a safe space for preteens and teenagers to explore their identities, emotions, and life challenges. Through a warm but structured approach, I became known to many students as “the school mother” or “the school counsellor”.

Driven by a passion for mindset transformation and personal growth, I founded Mind Care Connect Initiative a Mental Health NGO committed to breaking stigma and making Mental health services accessible to all.

As a love, relationship, and mental health therapist, I work with individuals navigating anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship challenges, and identity struggles. I understand firsthand how mental and emotional health directly impacts productivity, relationships, and quality of life. This understanding is both professional and personal, shaped by experience, study, and walking closely with people through their healing journeys.

I am a sought-after speaker, writer, and facilitator, known for my empathetic yet grounded approach. I have been invited to speak on various platforms, counselling, motivating, and inspiring audiences on mental health, relationships, purpose, and personal growth.

Academically, I hold a National Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Federal Polytechnic, Ede, and a First Class Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My training is strengthened by clinical exposure across major neuropsychiatric institutions in Nigeria. I am also the author of Identifying True Love, Dear General, God Is Intentional About You, and Peace in the Storm (a therapeutic workbook designed to help individuals understand and overcome anxiety while cultivating lasting inner peace.)

Above all, I am deeply committed to creating safe spaces where people can heal without shame, grow without pressure, and rediscover peace within themselves and in their relationships.

I believe that healing begins with awareness, grows through intentional action, and flourishes in supportive communities.
